OUR TEAM

Azlinda Ariffin

  • CEO

Azlinda is the CEO and Founder of Dricopax Capital.

She practised as a Corporate lawyer for over 25 years specialising in cross border mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets acting for Asian UHNWs, Corporates and SWFs.  In her role as a Partner at Withers Worldwide,  Azlinda has acted as a trusted advisor to private capital of Asian UHNW families.

The combination of this background, along with her own family’s desire for a truly ‘comprehensive, bespoke and confidential’ service, led her to start Dricopax Capital in 2016 to provide  services and support to her own family and close network of other families.

Whilst multi-family offices are well-developed in the U.S. and growing rapidly as wealthy families seek out objective advice and boutique-style service, they were virtually non-existent in Asia.

Azlinda is a Barrister with the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn and graduated with LL.B(Hons) from University College of Wales, Cardiff.

She was ranked in Legal 500 (2019): M&A for Smaller Deals up to £50M. Legal 500 (2012), (2014), (2015), (2016) and (2017) ranked Azlinda under 'Flotations: small & midcap' category for her "strong connections in Southeast Asia " and quoted her as "highly regarded" within that category.

Azlinda is an Authorised Person with the FCA.
